Aichelin Unitherm cleaning systems are used to clean components before and after heat treatment and contributes directly to achieve desired metallurgical results.
Effective cleaning ensures that the furnace atmosphere is not affected by contaminants and the metallurgical transformation can take place at the component surface without interference. It also enables the reliable removal of residues such as oils, emulsions, chips or particles.

Drying device by hot air (optional)
Coalescence oil separation by disk-phase separator working on the principle of gravity and coalescence.
