The Aichelin Unitherm Continuous Drum / Mesh Belt Washing Machine is designed for the efficient cleaning and drying of industrial components in continuous production environments. Its optimized design and precision-manufactured rotating drum ensure thorough and uniform agitation of parts throughout the various processing zones, resulting in excellent cleaning performance and highly efficient drying, even for flat components and parts with complex geometries that tend to retain liquids.
The parts are loaded in bulk at the machine inlet in constant rate which is carried continuously through the rotary drum made of stainless steel screw, successively to the following zones
Cleaning by immersion, spraying and draining
Rinsing by spraying and draining
Pulsed hot air drying
Running principles of the washing machine type TPAS
The parts are loaded in bulk or ranged on the stainless steel mesh belt conveyor and transported continuously in the various zones of the tunnel to stand out perfectly cleaned and dried.
The spraying ramps are located above the parts and underneath the conveyor belt.
The drying zone, working with hot air, guarantees a high efficiency.
The parts are continuously degreased and dried in the best conditions without risk of impacts.
The parts are loaded in bulk or placed in a defined position.
